Backer surveys about to close!

Hey Everyone,
I hope you're all having a good week. I just wanted to check in and let you know I'll be closing the backer surveys TOMORROW, so if you haven't sent your responses, you'll want to do that today. It's your chance to confirm your shipping address for any physical rewards you're receiving, and to let me know how you'd like your name to appear on the comic's Thank You page. If there are surveys that are still unanswered after tomorrow, I'll assume you'd like your name to appear the way it does in the info from Kickstarter. So if you'd like something different, please let me know today.
I'm hoping to send the files to the printer before Monday, which would mean you should be getting your comics by the end of August if all goes smoothly. I'm so excited for you all to read it! :)

Hey Everyone!
I hope you're all having a good week. I wanted to check in and let you know the status of the digital and physical comics.
As soon as I get everyone's backer survey answers, including how you'd like your name to appear on the comic's Thank You page, I'll finalize the files for both the digital and physical comics. I'm planning to close the surveys this FRIDAY, JULY 19! So be sure to get your responses in by then. Without those responses, which gather your shipping address, I won't be able to ship out any physical comics you're receiving.
If there are any unanswered surveys still out after that, I'll assume you'd like your name to appear on the Thank You page the same way it does in the info from Kickstarter. So if you'd like it to appear differently or if you'd like to stay anonymous, please let me know before Friday.
I talked to the printer this morning and we're looking at a turnaround of about 7-13 business days. So if I can get the files finalized by the end of the week, that means I'll probably get the comics back during the first or second week of August. So if all goes smoothly, they should be sent to you by late August.
I'm so excited for everyone to read the comic! And I'm so, so grateful for your support!

Survey deadline approaching!

Hey Everyone!
Happy Friday! Just wanted to follow up with two quick notes about the backer surveys. First, I'm planning to close the surveys a week from today, Friday, July 19. So be sure to get your responses in by then. If you haven't had a chance to fill the survey out yet, it should be in your email inbox. Please let me know if you have any questions about it.
Also, I discovered a potential issue last night and it looks like a handful of surveys may possibly not have been sent out with the others. I sent all of the questionable ones out manually, so if you didn't see a survey in your inbox a couple days ago, be sure to take another look today.

Hey Everyone!
Just a quick update to let you know all of the surveys have been sent out! Yesterday I sent the smoke test, meaning about 5% of backers received surveys. That went well and there were no issues, so I just sent out the rest of them. Be sure to check your inbox!
Because of some tech issues on my end, there won't be any add-ons offered in the surveys. But my BackerKit store is all set up and after the survey responses are in, I'll send you all the link to the store in a separate message. So you'll still have a second chance to grab any add-ons you didn't purchase during the campaign.
Once all the surveys are in and I have your info about how you'd like your names to appear on the comic's Thank You page, I'll wrap up the final PDFs for the digital comic and the printer.
Thank you all again so, so much for your support of the comic! I can't wait for you to read it!

Surveys rolling out!

Hey Everyone!
Just a quick note to let you know BackerKit approved my surveys and I just sent the smoke test, meaning about 5% of backers have been sent their surveys. If all goes well with those, I'll send out the rest shortly. So keep an eye on your inbox!
